Als Teamleader sta je in voor het aansturen, begeleiden en opvolgen van je technische ploeg. Je zorgt ook voor een duidelijke communicatie met de werkvoorbereiders, ingenieurs en de betrokken afdelingen.

Volgende zaken horen tot jouw takenpakket:

• Opzetten en implementeren van efficiënte onderhoudssystemen;
• Coördineren van reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en meehelpen bij lopende projecten en dringende storingen;
• Beheren, controleren en toekennen van werkaanvragen. Je volgt de uitgevoerde werken ook mee op;
• Wekelijkse planning opstellen, rekening houdend met de personeelsbezetting en verlof;
• Rapporteren aan de onderhoudsmanager over de prestaties van je team en operationele zaken;
• Het voeren van evaluatie- en functioneringsgesprekken van je techniekers en ervoor zorgen dat de sfeer in je team optimaal is;
• Zorgen voor de naleving van algemene, veiligheids-, milieu- en BRC voorschriften. Melden van gevaarlijke situaties en ongevallen of bijna ongevallen, deelnemen aan toolboxen en veiligheidsopleidingen.

Met 69 plants in 23 landen is Amcor Flexibles Europe & Americas, een divisie van het Australische Amcor, een marktleider en ’s werelds grootste leverancier van flexibele verpakkingen.
